Prior to working in organisational development, Rob worked in the construction sector specialising in business development and managing sales focused teams.

Within Kynesis, he has worked with both the public and private sector enabling organisations to maximise the performance of their people and processes. This includes working with senior teams, in both local authorities and engineering consultancies, to successfully design and implement new strategies during periods of intense change.

Recently he has been working with the Planning Development Programme on how to manage change, in particular the impact on team members and their performance during the current reform.
