Linda Scott is currently the Location Manager based at IBM in Greenock with HR responsibility for the location. Her present role involves leadership and management of employee matters, buildings projects and administration, community relations and responsibilities as guardian and owner of IBM's image within and outside the location.
In her previous role she had responsibility for internal and external communications and for the site employee development programmes. Linda is a manager of people and projects with 26 years of business experience within IBM. Her many roles over the years involved working across the integrated supply chain on systems projects, process improvement, global logistics, warehousing, customer fulfilment, business operations and business transformation.
