Deborah Carroll Print E-mail
Deborah Carroll joined the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service in August 1992 as a Crown Office trainee. She thereafter served as a Procurator Fiscal Depute in Kilmarnock for 8 years and as Principal Procurator Fiscal Depute in Glasgow for 6 years. She undertook a range of operational, training, management and policy development roles whilst attached to the Glasgow Area Office.

In May 2008 she transferred to the Victims Policy Team at Crown Office where she undertook policy responsibility for the implementation of the Vulnerable Witness (Scotland) Act for Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service.  She has been involved in the development and delivery of training and policy in this area.
