David Bell Print E-mail
Professor David Bell is Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Stirling, Scotland. He is also joint director of the Scottish Economic Policy Network and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. His main areas of interest are labour economics, health economics, regional economics and economic modelling and he has published widely on these issues in the academic literature.  In addition, he acts as an advisor to the Scottish Parliament’s Finance Committee.
