kate mavor.jpgKate Mavor is Chief Executive of ProjectScotland, which has developed the skills, experience and confidence of thousands of young Scots by matching them to full-time volunteering projects.
ProjectScotland works in partnership with over 300 not-for-profit organisations providing opportunities for 16-25 year olds. Kate formerly led a management buy-out as Chief Executive of Language Line, the UK’s community interpreting service.
She has a background in marketing in publishing, education and training, as well as business start-up. Kate grew up in Glasgow, studied at Oxford University and London Business School and now lives with her family in Edinburgh
