tony osullivan120.jpgDr Tony O’Sullivan is co-founder and a director of the housing and regeneration research and consultancy company Newhaven Research Limited. During his 14 years with Scottish Homes and its successor organisation Communities Scotland he held a number of senior research and intelligence positions. He managed the research programme, and was responsible for the Scottish House Condition Survey. He was also Head of Planning 1992-1996, and 2000-2003.
