stevefield.jpgSteve Field is one of twelve heads of service in West Lothian Council.  His specific responsibility is for development and regulatory services, a broad church comprising building standards, development control/management, development planning, environmental health, public transport, sustainable development strategy, trading standards and transportation.  He is a member of the corporate management team and lead officer for locality planning in one of the nine multi-member wards.  Steve has worked in West Lothian for 26 years, initially as a planner.
