Vincent Waters

Vincent was elected National Secretary of ASCC in 2006; re-elected in 2007. He has been a Community Councillor for almost a decade. In 2003 he was elected representative of East Renfrewshire’s Community Councils.


Since 2000 Vincent has been Partner in Glasgow - based service company. Previously he was a student for Church Ministry.

Vincent is married and has two young sons.
