David Smith-MilneDavid is a management consultant who specialises in economic development and regeneration. He is currently a Director with Tribal Consulting.  In his career he has worked with Enterprise plc – a European economic development practice – and KPMG – one of the world’s largest professional services firms.  He works across public and private sectors, from small voluntary organisations through to developers and large Government Departments.  He has advised all English Regional Development Agencies, many Urban Regeneration Companies as well as the European Commission, various Government Offices and many Special Purpose Vehicles.
His areas of technical expertise include organisational development and change management, business planning, creative strategy, economic impact analysis and appraisal as well as project and programme development and evaluation.  David has applied these skills to housing market renewal projects, developing business cases and plans for the formation of Special Purpose Vehicles, including Urban Regeneration Companies and Urban Development Corporations, evaluating UK and European Regeneration programmes and developing investment strategies for growth areas.
