patrick_wiggins.jpgPatrick Wiggins is Chief Executive of Irvine Bay URC joining the company in October 2006. Previously he was Director of Regeneration and Housing at Bradford Metropolitan Council a post he held for four years. From 1988 -2002 he worked with Scottish Enterprise and the former Scottish Development Agency in a variety of roles including Assistant to the Chief Executive, project and development work, strategy and change management. He led major economic regeneration in both Lanarkshire and Ayrshire during this period. A graduate of Bradford University, he began his career as an economic researcher with Cleveland County Council.
