 Allan Everington is a Principal Consultant with BT and currently assigned to the role of Strategic Development Director for BT's Devolved Government business. Since 1987, Allan has worked with public sector organisations to assist them to design and implement large-scale transformational change programs. His current remit includes shaping BT's business in order to best support government in achieving the new challenges and outcomes inherent in public sector reform and the modernisation agenda. Allan completed an MBA specialising in MIS in 1998 and contributes regularly to industry think-tanks and periodicals.
