Marie is a solicitor by profession and has extensive experience both in private practice and in the public sector. Marie read law at Queen’s University, Belfast and has an MBA. Before joining the Information Commissioner’s Office, Marie held the post of Senior Legal Assistant in the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, where she specialised in information and human rights law.
