Lindsay Macgregor is currently Team Leader with the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA). She has responsibility across a range of policy areas, including asylum and migration issues; housing and homelessness; community safety and justice; social inclusion and community development; and culture and sport.

Lindsay worked for 8 years with Fife Council, latterly on community planning and community engagement issues, and prior to that on a number of adult learning, tenant participation and youth work programmes. She has also worked as a volunteer for Dundee and East Fife Women’s Aid organisations and co-wrote Behind Closed Doors – Domestic Abuse and Access to Services in Rural Tayside.
