Jacqueline Parlevliet Print E-mail

Ms. Jacqueline Parlevliet, a lawyer by profession, took up her post with UNHCR in London in July 2005 as Deputy Representative. She oversees all legal protection matters, as well as durable solutions such as resettlement, voluntary return and integration.

Prior to coming to the UK, Jacqueline served in various places in the Middle East, Africa and Asia where she assisted different operations with protection management sensitive to age and gender aspects, refugee status determination and registration, resettlement referrals and overseeing the re-integration process for refugees who returned home after time in exile.
