David has worked for Scottish Enterprise Dumfries and Galloway (SEDG) for seven years and currently manages their Competitive Place Team, which is responsible for property, spatial and infrastructure development projects in the region. David led SEDG’s project to accelerate the role out of first generation, broadband service availability to this rural part of Scotland and is presently seconded to Scottish Enterprise National as project manager for Project ATLAS – a programme designed to give Scottish businesses access to world class ICT services.
Prior to joining Scottish Enterprise, David worked in a number of private sector businesses managing their use of Information and Communication Technologies to leverage competitive advantage.
He is a graduate of Strathclyde University.
