Brendan Dick is National Manager for BT Scotland.
His prime responsibilities are to oversee BT’s Group wide activities in Scotland and develop BT’s strategic programmes with government, enterprise agencies, business and community organisations, focusing on the exploitation of broadband and new wave technologies.
Prior to the creation of BT Scotland, Brendan’s entire career since graduating from the University of Edinburgh has been in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Brendan is Chair of the Edinburgh Business Assembly and the International Teledemocracy Centre. He is also on the board of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry, Scottish Business in the Community, Edinburgh International Science Festival and Electronic Scotland. He is a graduate of Common Purpose in Edinburgh, also serving for several years on it’s advisory panel.
