Gordon Dewar

 

Gordon joined BAA in February 2007 adding air transport to his extensive public transport experience.  He has held a number of senior management positions with leading transport operators including commercial, general management and business development roles, following on from 10 years in Transport Consultancy.

Prior to joining BAA, he was Commercial Director (UK Regions) for transport operator Arriva plc. He joined Arriva after seven years with FirstGroup plc, during which he assumed various roles, including Managing Director (Edinburgh), Commercial Director (Scotland) and First ScotRail Commercial Director. He was also closely involved in the team that secured the ScotRail franchise for FirstGroup. He is a member of The Institute of Logistics and Transportation.
