Fionna Kell

 

 

Fionna is an Associate Director in DTZ’s Regional Development Team with involvement in a range of physical and economic regeneration projects across Scotland and Northern Ireland. 

Her particular interests are in the areas of Town & City Centre Regeneration and local Neighbourhood Renewal.  Prior to joining DTZ in 2001 she was a Project Manager in the Competitive Place team at Scottish Enterprise and before that was an Economic Development Officer in Wiltshire County Council. 

She is a qualified Town Planner with a Masters in Economic Development.
