Paolo Vestri Print E-mail

Paolo Vestri has almost 25 years experience of working for the public sector – an elected member on Edinburgh District Council (1984-92); a senior policy officer with SAC (1992-94); Director of the Scottish Local Government Information Unit (1994 - 2003); a Policy Manager with COSLA (2003-04).

In October 2004 he set up Hexagon Research and Consulting with fellow Directors, Jim Patton and Robert Stevenson as a leading edge company specialising in providing a wide range of research and consulting services for clients in the public sectors. He led the team that undertook the Evaluation of Free Personal Care on behalf of the Scottish Executive.
